The IMPORTED ENGLISH Orpington Thread

While these are not Imports ... they are the stock I am going to cross into my English later this yr when the these young pullets are laying :)

Very nice Cockerel Lynn.
Some folks just have a knack for picture taking. I take a ton of them to try and get one good pose.
Irene hit the jackpot on Nice Buffs to cross with her imports. Can't wait to see the babies from that cross.
 
Thank you Julie, hes very young yet..it will be interesting to see him in a few more months...Im just loving the english birds..but will always keep that black line going ..they have one of the nicest faces I think.....every one of them is hatched with a straight comb 4 ..5..or 6 points..lovly to handle for any reason. and the wattles match up to the comb size most every time..

a couple test pics..been having a lot of trouble loading pics from this android tablet..once in a while it goes smooth..not sure why that is..other times it gets stuck. .miss molt almost through with molt, and full from breakfast. wow am I a bad photographer! need to work on that.. young English in the snow..

I did make a few pics this morning. Not great lighting and they are in there stall pens with a light. Eight weeks old and already looking broad and like little hens
