You know they say "good things come to those who wait" This is a lighter, just to show the size of these eggs, gona be BIGGGGG chicks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am getting the biggest eggs this year I have ever got !!! & they are just starting up, For those who ordered eggs from me, they are coming, just bare with me, It will be worth the wait. You just cant help but love these birds !!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Roger, I just got this egg from one of my Gold Laced Orps today. I thought that I would do the lighter comparison to show it's size like you did. This is funny. As I was walking in the gate, I noticed one of the hens was really swollen and fluffed up. I thought, "She doesn't feel too good." Then, all the sudden, "Plop". The egg hit the ground. No wonder she didn't feel good. After that, she felt much better. The egg on the left in the lower pic is one of the usual Gold Laced eggs. I don't have to mention which one it is in either of the pics.

I just candled it and it looks like a double yolk. It weighs 80 grams.

Just moved 17 to the hatching incubator !!! Wednesday is day 21. Bantam silver lace Wyandotte eggs set same day started pipping this morning!!

Wish I was. Im only on day 11.

But i did candle tonight and there is a lot of cool stuff going on in those eggs right now.
Cant wait until these fluffy butts hatch!
