Does this chick look like a cockerel? And is it a lavender ORP. Or splash? Sorry in advance I'm a newbie...

I can't really tell either. I want to say cockerel but I'm just not sure. So far as splash or lavender, no idea.

Thx. Galanie, yeah I think cockerel too because of the pointy wing/saddle feathering but I guess only time will tell , and I can't find any links or any info that helps tell the difference between splash and lavender this young...

This chick is VERY young, but there is no arch to the comb right behind the beak. Possibly a pullet. I have no clue as to color. It is too young.

I noticed my cockerel missing hackle feathers today. I tried to take a pic to show it. Would you think this is molting? or another bird pulling the feathers….

how old is he.kind of looks like he is getting his big boy feathers so that should fill in nice..
