It was such a nice day I decided to take a few pictures of our boy Bullion, Bully for short. He is 11 months at we are hoping he will produce so nice babies with our girls. Feel free to comment.

Repair? No, you can put vaseline on it or non-medicated neosporin, but the black parts will fall off and it will be a rounded comb. Happened to mine this year too. Poor guy.

We almost NEVER have weather this cold in Tennessee. Maybe one night single digits all winter... but this winter has been brutal. It was in the low 20s last night, even. All of my poor Australorp rooster's comb tips were frostbitten despite an insulated coop with a heat lamp and petroleum jelly applied. All of his tips have fallen off, but it's healed. I miss that glorious comb. Poor guy. I used bag balm to prevent any more injury.
