Greenfire's Jubilees are pretty, but I feel they seriously lack good English type.
I want Jubilees & Diamond Jubilees that look like this.
Because the color is rare still even in the UK, it's hard to find excellent examples of the breed. They're definitely a variety that will need refinement and dedicated breeders that will breed them meticulously towards the British SOP to lock in the size and type that other colors already have. Either way, congrats on more English Orps!
I will probably only be doing one hatch next year, just too many precautions I have to take to enjoy the whole thing. I plan to cull heavily. I am pretty picky. I had 5 silver laced Brahma. I now have a pair and a gold laced hen that will be in my laying(eating egg)flock because she has vulture hocks. I am very picky and don't just throw birds with the same name together. I don't do it to make money but feel if you take the time to breed, do it right

I applaud your comment!!!! The good breeders like us out there go to great length to cull birds. In most cases you have a good bit of feed and time into one before you decide to cull. Quality over quantity - thanks again!
