Here is a blue Cock i raised last year. This pic was made Spring this year. He is the father to my Blue cockerel I will show in a min. The cockerel is actually going to be larger than the father. I bred him to lighter hen and had a darker blue cockerel hatch and a the lighter one I kept. I will show a pic of the hen I used. She is deceased now due to the heat this summer.

Thank you Lynn, I am going to breed him and his father to some splash and see what happens and then some blue to blue. Hope this next week I can get started.

That's sweet. I don't know about that though. The birds do the work.
This is a picture of a Black Cockerel I sold last Jan. I may have shot myself in the foot cause he was my favorite black cockerel just not as tall as I wanted. Otherwise he was a fine specimen. I need to check and see what the fellow did with him.

Here is a very large black hen. She doesn't have a great tail but her size makes her a keeper. Bred to the right male she produces very large offspring

Yes i sold him at a show to fellow showman in the UOC. He had a great eye for quality.
