Julie, that pullet is just beautiful. I would love to have a flock full of birds just like her.
Jeremy, Thank you, I am hoping to have a flock full like her and better. I just set up the breed pen and am setting another up this week. Called Mr. Dicki who i got my Dicki Cabinet Bator from to see what he thought I needed cause my turner starter turning non stop earlier this year in Feb and since I wasn't hatching till starting now I just waited. Well he is such a nice man and told me I didn't need a part that is was some loose screw or something. I am not mechanical. I got a young man at our Church who is like a son to me to take a look at it last nite and he tightened whatever and Voila it is running great again, I thought I had ruined Choc eggs from Christina in Feb cause I check on them two days after putting them in and the turner was turning back and forth non stop. I had to move them to a styrofoam bator and i did hatch four. I thought it was amazing.

What a handsome rooster!

I bet he has a super personality too!

Thanks deek. All of my Jubilees have great personalities. I don't have any mean ones. They stay under my feet when I am around them. They are very docile chickens. Also, I love the pics of your Gold Laced Orps. I have a quad, I think one cockerel and 3 pullets or it might be 4 pullets. They came from Nellie. They are too ugly for pics right now. But, they are filling out.

, They can't be that bad. I haven't seen them since I shipped them in June as wee babies but I'd love to see pictures! They all go through a fugly stage and I think yours are about that age

LOL, I can't remember how many times I PM'd Rockinpaints. I worried that mine would never get over their ugly stage. I kept wondering if' they'd ever get their lacing. She kept assuring me that it takes time and that it would happen. I kept looking at the pictures of her adult birds and hoping. She is right! Totally right. Right around 14 wks they started shaping up overnight. Now, I leave for a weekend and come back to huge changes in size. I really believe they will grow into their feet. (Some are in size 16 spiral leg bands!) Phantom Rooster, if they came from Rockinpaints, they will be beautiful.
