I agree with the others fence your yard and catch the chickens. Sounds like they’re practically feral.

and whatever illness they may contract will be your illness. I would build them a run and keep them there til the others are gone. I doubt they will last long free ranging . Just a guess but are the neighbors chickens Bantam?

Mine do not visit. I only allow mine to free range while im able to be with them other than that they stay penned.

no they arent bantams, all very full sized

This is the one who adopted us... I lost my rooster on halloween so since he hung out here for a week i decided to keep him

My moms cats live outside and i had to get "creative" to keep the visitors out of their food.

Are the girls laying eggs on your property that you can collect? Maybe another coop with a fenced pasture for the boys? It's possible the neighbors don't care too much about their chickens anymore. And neither does the son.

I have a roo flock and it works. There is no over mating of the girls. The boys get along well with each other.
