"The invasion" i guess they are pests?

Also, if your animals are visiting their property, because there's no fencing, you are in a weak position to complain.

and whatever illness they may contract will be your illness. I would build them a run and keep them there til the others are gone. I doubt they will last long free ranging . Just a guess but are the neighbors chickens Bantam?
 
This is the one who adopted us... I lost my rooster on halloween so since he hung out here for a week i decided to keep him

Are the girls laying eggs on your property that you can collect? Maybe another coop with a fenced pasture for the boys? It's possible the neighbors don't care too much about their chickens anymore. And neither does the son.

I have a roo flock and it works. There is no over mating of the girls. The boys get along well with each other.
