~*~The Kingdoms of Vendale RP~ Warning! High Standards! PM To Join!~*~

Alieen burst through the trees into a small, but relatively busy path leading to the Kingdom Saxun. she dodged through the people, keeping her head down so she wouldn't attract any attention. She then realized, what in the world could she tell the guards in front of the castle? as if they'd believe her. She thought through a few alternatives as she pounded through the streets, occasionally bumping into someone. She thought her best alternative was to avoid the guards all together. she could be quite sneaky if she chose, as taught by Malcom.
(What would the queen be doing? and where would she be?[or king but whatever])
(Ahem:)

Ardis walked shakily to the throne room. "Fergus?" she asked, "Have you seen Bonnie?"

Her husband looked at her inquisitively, "No. Come to think of it, she should be down here. She does have suitors waiting, you know."

Ardis rubbed her hands nervously, "Yes she - ah - I mean - well, she was a bit vexed with the arrangement."

Fergus frowned and began to rise from his throne, "All right, I'm off to knock some sense into that pretty head of hers."

The queen put her hand on his shoulder, "You can't because she - she ran away." Ardis bit her lip as tears welled in her eyes.

"She what?" Fergus nearly shouted, "Where did she go?"

"I - I don't know Fergus. But she - she can't have gone far, could she?"

Silence.

Adara yawned as she walked outside to begin her daily chores before she had to be at the castle. She pulled down a bucket and began collecting eggs from her chickens being very careful not to drop any. After she was finished she hurried down to teh castle to do her chores there before noon.

Adara hurried up and down hallways, trying to get her chores done fast so she could relax for a bit. She smiled when she finished early and she sat down with a book in her hand. After reading for a while she went into the kitchen to start to help make breakfast. She was very quick and hoped that soon she would become head chef, but she knew it wouldn't happen for another 3 or 5 years, given her young age.

Aoife made one of her split-second decisions and started to follow Aileen. She ran swiftly and kept pace with the girl, dodging around people when necessary.
Aileen slid to a stop just beyond the gates, where the guards had not yet taken notice of her. She would need to sneak in. She walked briskly to her left, where she knew the throne room window was. (I'm guessing it's pretty late..... like sun setting or nearly dark late...) Alieen was glad for the uncertain lighting, because it would help her get past the wall without detection, and she wouldn't like it if cross bows started shooting at her. There wasn't any cover a few hundred feet before the castle. She looked up to find the evening was rather cloudy, sending shadows across the open grass leading to the castle. That is good as well, she thought, judging wind speed and studying the seemingly random pattern of clouds. pausing for a moment as she absorbed this information, she suddenly took off again, almost disappearing. She would be extremely difficult to spot unless someone was following her, she would be hard to spot, but not impossible.

((Actually Gertrude said it was like 9:00 in the morning))

Aoife watched Aileen, her eyes tracking her progress. She noted how she was moving and she quietly followed her, replicating her movements. She was pretty good at sneaking around; she had grown up escaping her Aunt Rosa a lot. She wondered why this girl was acting so suspiciously as she followed her. She ended up a couple yards away from the girl, in a direction behind her and slightly to the left, in a direction that would be hard for her to look, also because the sun shone from that direction, blinding anybody who looked that way.

(ug..... so how is this going to work? are the king and seen still in the throne room? and Mantha, replicating her movements wouldn't help. At all, she's missing the rhythm, just behind it. Would it be okay, if it were earlier morning where the light was more uncertain? otherwise this wouldn't work at all.)
Aileen tried not to stop as she heard someone behind her, she kept moving, trying to conceal her movement even more, she reached the wall and without turning, she began to climb up, moving extremely fast. Her fingers tested each brick before putting her weight on it, her feet weren't as sensitive as her hands because she had shoes on, so the method wouldn't be as reliable, but she had strong arms from pulling back her long bow again and again, she was fairly confident if one foot slipped, she could catch herself. When she reached the top, she stopped and waited for the guard to pass, after he had, she flipped herself over the wall, only touching the walkway in the outside wall once before she flipped herself to the reverse side and began to descend. Her heart was hammering in her chest, she had no idea what she would say when she got into the throne room. 'Oh, i didn't think your guards would let me in so I decided to climb your wall, and the castle wall.' She told herself she'd think about it later as she reached the bottom and pressed herself against the wall for a brief respite.

(Yep, still in the throne room.)
