Luka responded back sternly, not even taking the time to look at him, “Good try.” He was focused on Jade’s safety and nothing else. No distractions wild be tolerated by him;he needed to be there for her.
Luka didn’t bother with responding. He went to Jade, tapping her shoulder and asking in a very hushed whisper “Want to leave?”
Jade looked to him the reached for his hand then shook her head. "No." It was her house after all.
Luka understood, before responding in another whisper “Want me to make them leave?”
Luka kissed that bowed head, knowing she probably wanted to talk. He sat back down where he had been a few seconds ago.
