**The Last Spark** A Magic RP

Luka smiled sinisterly, replying "Good start." He sliced the plants to free himself, replying "Again, try to make the plant larger."
Jade frowned at him slicing the plant like that and tried again, making the plant grow even as it reached for him again, trying to make it thicker so it couldn't be sliced so easily.

Luka sliced through it again, this time needing to use more force. He smiled, replying "Just a bit more practice and you have that down. You should also use plants and have them grow so they barrel into people."

"My friend's name is Jade, she's an earth mage. I am Ara, Arabella River." She said and gave them a smile at their kindness so far. "My family found Jade living alone in the woods a few years ago, this is the first time she's been to the city and she's very shy."

Arisala grew concerned for this young woman and her friend. But really one of them needed to stay at the house at all times, there were too many young mages here. She looked to Maximilian, he was planning on going out to make a run for supplies, and he would have help with Maddox there. "Your making a supply run, perhaps you and Maddox could help out Arabella? Perhaps go back to the store, see if you can find any sort of information about what might have happened to Jade." She said to Maximilian hoping he would agree. She added telepathically, "I will make a something for you so you can leave the house for longer without the protective magic effecting you mind. A charm perhaps, that way you can find your way back."

Maddox overheard them talking and came into the kitchen to see what was going on. He listened to the tale end of the conversation and gave Arabella a welcoming smile.

Elena looked at them all before turning to Ara, "Well you are in good hands, it was a pleasure to meet you and I hope you find your friend." She then dipped her head in good bye and went out the back door and headed into the woods to find Nico.

(@HoodedHuntress If you want Maximilian to have some input. )

Nico carefully weaved between trees and jumped over rocks. It's been a while since he has been outside but he was kind of enjoying it. He continued forward until stopping at the largest oak tree he could find, thinking that it might help Elena find where he was. He pressed his back against the trunk of the tree and slid to the ground. After a while he began to quietly hum a song as he closed his eyes and listened to his surroundings.

Elena made her way through the trees, she had an idea where Nico was. The ground and the trees told her what she wanted to know, they hummed of his presence, his magic. She found him leaning against a large solid Oak, humming quietly with his eyes closed. She smiled, he seemed so at peace out here, not uncomfortable like he seemed at the house. He too found peace in the simple, quietness of the forest. "The tree likes you." She said simply and quietly not wanting to startle him too much. She moved up to put her palm on the bark of the tree feeding power into, making it strong.

Lyla couldn't help it and let out a giggle as she watched the two of them go back and forth. It was just like bickering brothers the only difference was one didn't speak. "I pretty much knew you were twins, I just wanted to make sure instead of assume, that would be rude. If you don't mind me asking why don't you speak for yourself? If its too personal you don't have to tell me I am just curious is all." She asked, she was so intrigued by them, especially Pollux probably because him not talking made him more mysterious.

(Oh dear oh dear *stumbles to get life together and probably falls on face*)

Danny kept leaning forward in the chair "Do whatever you please, it is your curse magic after all" he tells her nonchalantly, he was almost testing the waters just to see if she'd actually do something to him.

Castor suddenly shot a glare at the girl and moved closer to Pollux in defensive way "That's none of your business" he snaps
~
Pollux sighs and jabs Castor in the ribs again and once in the shoulder, it seemed to him every time he wanted to have a reasonable conversation with someone Castor ended up with bruises but they both could get over it.
~
Castor grumbles "He-No we don't like to talk about the whole speak thing, it's kinda personal and such so yeah" he says bitterly, he didn't like how nice he some times had to try to be when it came for talking for Pollux but he'd probably get over it with in seconds

Lyla felt bad for asking, she knew it was probably too personal but she couldn't help it. There had to be a story there, maybe she could earn his trust enough that one day he would tell her, or have his brother tell her. "I'm sorry I shouldn't have asked, my bad." She said quietly, mad at herself for asking in the first place. she stayed quiet for a few minutes thinking about her own secrets, her own personal demons. "Its nice to have someone to talk to, I appreciate you giving me a chance." She said looking at them, mostly Pollux as he seemed more receptive, and giving them a hopeful smile.

Ester walked in a local hiking path where trees and plant life surrounded her, allowing Ester to feel at home. She subtly created a breeze that surrounded the trees and made leaves flutter in the wind, with her small black dress flowing with the rhythm.

She did have a job where she actively worked, but it was just at an orchard where she made only as much as she needed, so she wasn't working 24/7. Instead she spent her time observing everything around her and staying curious about the world.

Ester's white hair glided effortlessly in the wind like silk, but while she appeared graceful she was looking intently at her phone, scanning all of her sources for news and places to avoid, things to worry about. She used to be so against all of this technology, and knowing what was unnecessary and out of your control, but after her first few run-ins with others who were far less than fond of the mages she decided knowing more than needed was a wise choice.

She hiked along the path with a rather intimidating walk, and she looked at the land around her with a mix of sternness but curiosity and knowledge that was akin to no other. Ester appeared to have a million things speeding through her mind, which could all be seen through her big eyes that were full of expression and stories.

She hoped to find some adventure in her day, but at the moment it was only the beginning, and relaxing herself with random tasks was her morning routine just for the heck of it.
