Nico nodded his head in Arisala's direction, grumbling a few words incoherently, acting as if he was still upset even after she eased the tension in the room. He grabbed a book and began reading the first few lines before putting it back down in distaste.

Lilith passed him, eyeing him with a raised eyebrow before moving on.

Personality: Classic extrovert, social, a bit cocky sometimes as well as sarcastic. Likes to joke around with friends.
Appearance: A warm tan skin tone, black hair in a close cropped undercut. his eyes are a rich golden/honey color. He has a sleeve tattoo that is wreathed in fire going from the back of one hand up to his bicep. He is about 6 feet tall and well fit, muscular but not beefily so.
History: He was born as the only human in a family of mages. it didn't stay that way long when his father died and passed his powers down to him. He lost his family to the AMS and in part to himself. His fathers powers were exceptionally strong and while Maddox did his best to keep them in check he failed. When he say what the AMS was going to do to his family he burned out. The resulting wave of Fire killed his family(who were not fire mages) and the AMS at the same time. He was rescued by an elder who was to slow to try and help, but saw the situation play out. He helped the now broken man learn to control his powers before bringing him to the mage house. Maddox is still the broken man he was when he lost his family, he just suppresses it on the surface. He chooses not to think about it, lest his powers take over.

Star was pretty excited by the idea of helping Arisala with the wards "That sounds great! I'm totally up for that, I do need the practice" she stated cheerful as ever (looks like I have to bicycle to my friends house...jeez they like to dump things onto me)

Arisala smiled across her plate of food to the young girl. She was so eager to learn and it reminded her a lot of herself when she was younger. "Good I am glad you are eager to learn. I will come and get you later, probably around noon to do the wards then." She said with a smile before finishing her food.

Maximilian smiled warmly at her, hesitant but wanting to explain his feelings for her. He took the plate, setting it down and starting eating. He would talk to her when they were in private. He finished his plate then asked "Ari, there was a problem upstairs. Could you come check it out with me."

Arisala looked over to Maximilian as he spoke to her. A problem upstairs? She didn't feel anything wrong, nor had she seen anything earlier. But if he said their was a problem then there must be one. "Sure just let me clean up my dishes." She got up and cleaned off her plate in the sink and then turned to him with a smile. "Alright lead on." She replied.

Name: Eira Calder (Basically means snow and violent water. I thought it would fit )

Personality: Extremely trusting, and vulnerable to the government because so. She's very bubbly and tries to find the bright side of everything, despite her past.
Appearance: Long, auburn hair that's almost always in a braid and dark blue eyes. She has pale skin and long legs. She has her ears pierced but only wears one pair of earrings, tiny, deep blue sapphires shaped in the form of a dolphin, from her mother, that seem to strengthen her power a small bit. Usually in a sea-green t-shirt and shorts that come just above her knees, and a silver bracelet with small sea stars and sand dollars.
History: She grew up as an orphan, her parents are dead but both were mages, there was always something "different" about her, even though no one knew about her powers. A sense of weirdness that she's always had sort of kept her from being adopted. Realizing she'd never have a real family again, she ran away and found the place she'd always been looking for, where there were others like her.
