Simon hated admitting he was hurt. He had grown up on the street, and had experienced pain and how to deal with it, so he just replied "No, I'm fine. I'll be fine anyway." He just looked at her, chuckling "Well, I'll have to get going I can't stay here too long or else they'll get suspicious but I can bring you lunch if that's ok."

Star gave Simon a suspicious look and she reached out quickly and touched his arm, she quickly used her healing ability to made sure he would be fine before she simply went back to the conversation "Alright well have a good day, I'll see if I can't scrap up anymore money for lunch" she says with a bright smile

Simon's eyesight immediately became 20/20 again. He looked at her in wonder, before nodding, backing away before jumping over the fence. She was awesome, he would have to get her a gift for lunch.

History: She was raised by her mage parents, being taught of all the good mages had done and could do if given the chance. Always looking for the good in people, not easy to anger. Her parents helped hide their people in the very house they live in now. They were some of the first elders, sadly they died about five years ago. Her father died fighting and her mother was there to heal the wounded as a fellow life mage. She was so bonded to her father that she died not long after his death. Ever since she has done her best to help lead the mages and protect them from the outside world.

Personality:Maximilian is a fighter, he never keeps working. However, he is sensible, powerful, well built, and patient. He is a good leader and wants the best for the mages, in doing so sometimes hurting himself.

History:Maximilian was born to a human mother and mage father, ending up as mage. His life has been full of obstacles, as his father died fighting for the mages, essentially destroying his role model figure as a child. His father gave his powers to Maximilian's mother, who could not master them and ended up killing herself accidentally. A mage elder gave Maximilian a chance to prove himself under his care, which he did. The elder protected and taught Maximilian for years, fighting alongside him in many battles, until he passed away and left the leadership in the house to Maximilian and a co-owner.

(I will make a character page, but I might not get to it right away. Also pretty much all the free mages are just waking up for the day, or sleeping in if you like. Arisala heard the commotion downstairs, it had interrupted her meditation. Not that she minded that too much she was long past being a novice mage who needed the calm that meditation brought. She unfolded her legs and stood with a limber grace that she had always had. She moved to the door of her bedroom/study in her loose yoga pants and t-shirt opting to leave her feet bare. She moved through the house, checking on the wards as she went until she got to the kitchen and the back door. Ah the young ladies of the house had ordered food it seemed. She noticed Star sitting at the table eating, and Nico sitting on the couch in the next room over.
"Good morning you two, I see you are getting along well." She said with a hint of smile, she put out a soothing, calming aura to ease the tension in the room. She moved to the fridge to pull out some eggs to make breakfast. She wondered if Maximilian had remembered to eat last night? She opted to make enough for him as well just in case, she liked taking care of people.
