I saw that also, that is a heck of a price tag for a chicken.
I will just hope to stumble upon the background on the bird and what they may have crossed to create the birds. I believe that the is some Long Crower in then just do to the length of the crow.

I went to Indonesia a few weeks back brought back some laughing chicken eggs.
I can't tell you how impressed I am with these chicks.
First they all hatched within two hours of each other and are some
of the strongest and most cute chicks I've ever seen.
Looking forward to hearing some laughing on the farm.
