Was just checking the Greenfire webpage - and female Cream Legbar chicks are $99 and males are $29. The only problem being the 6-chick minimum order.

I can't get over how goofy looking they are with the crest and floppy comb! The mixed color barring is really beautiful.
I've spent the past couple of months thinking about breeding my own sex links and then I discovered the CL. Awesome!
I'd love to see more pictures of people's Legbars.

I was so excited to find this thread. We have a trio of Cream Crested Legbars. Our rooster has just started crowing, so I expect the hens to start laying soon. Here are pictures of our Rooster and one of our hens. Our birds are not related to the Greenfire stock in anyway. When they start laying I will be mainly be selling eggs since winter in Utah is not a good place for babies.

Well here they are safe and sound. They are a little camera shy but I don’t like getting my picture taken after a day of traveling either.
