I have had my first pair of Cream Legbars for a couple of weeks now and another pair are coming next week. They are still in quarantine so the pictures aren't as good as I would have liked. After quarantine they will go into my layer coop where I have no other blue egg layers.

sunnydalefarms - I got them! I got them on October 26. I got a hen that is 4 to 4 and a half months old and a rooster that is about 10 weeks. I am really liking them so far. I will post some pictures of when i got them.
I cant wait for eggs!

Hello fellow Legbar lovers!!! I found something!!!!

During one of my many lurking for hatching eggs searches to help feed my hatching egg addiction I came across this auction! Since the hubby said no new chickens until spring I thought I would share it with you!

Other than that they have been great chickens. I wish the hen would hurry up and start cranking out eggs though. I am also surprised my hens comb has not been growing. The pictures of adult hens look way different than my hen. It would seem that she would have a bigger comb to be a little over a month or so from laying.
