I got an egg!!! I finally got an egg!!

And I know my boy is doing his thing since I saw him doing it quite a bit this evening. I am so excited. In the bator it goes.

Well they were supposed to be shipped on the 13th but still aren't here yet. I emailed them on Monday asking if they were shipped but got no response. I called the post office this morning and they said they didn't get them. I emailed them again this morning to see if they were even shipped and no response yet. Anyone else have this kind of experience? Do they normally provide a tracking number? I am just hoping that they got shipped and will be here tomorrow

Jenny emailed me a tracking number the day she shipped out my chicks which also included how many of each bloodline I was receiving.

I messaged them on facebook this morning as well because I know I check my facebook more than email so figured they might do the same. I just got a message back not long ago from Paul which put my frantic chicken parent mind at ease. He said:

Hey, Michael, thanks for writing. We're in the process of moving offices and haven't had access to computers for portions of the week. Sorry for the delay in responding. Someone from Greenfire will contact you tomorrow and iron out the details of the shipment. It did not go out this week but will go out in the next couple of weeks. Thanks for your patience, and I think you'll like the quality of the birds when you receive them. By the way, excellent work on the Guess the Chicken Contest!
