The Legbar Thread!

I got a 13. Is that a good number. Lucky 13. :)

The owner of the Blue-Egg website in the UK told me that she took one of those test and did really poor on it. The ironies of life. :)
Hi - Blue Eggs here . I think I scored about 8, but at the time hadn't noticed that a low score was good, so thought I was rubbish

Feel much happier now I re-read the way the scoring works. That's the trouble with doing PC stuff too late at night

So far this is the favoured "boy" this year, though I have a couple more coming on the check out yet. Its surprising how much the change as they mature, and he is about 25/26 weeks here

He is handsome! His legs aren't yellow though, are they?

I have 10 eggs in the incubator. When I opened it just now to add water. The eggs peeped at me. At least 2 are pipping!
Here are the first 4 to hatch last night.

2 boys and 2 girls. 3 more hatched today, I believe that they are 2 more girls and 1 boy. They are still pretty floppy and goopy, I had to separate these guys because they were checking out the new comers like they might be good to eat. I have one more egg that pipped and 2 that haven't dfone anything yet.

Yes they are

- Owing to the incredible amount of rain we have had this "summer" and are still having he is pretty muddy round his legs. I am not a great photographer, and he was the only one who stood still long enough, as he was having a "crow off" I shall give him a wash down sometime and rephoto opportunity

Ahhh! I see! I was not trying to criticize, only curious because they looked pink in the picture.
