poor guy! Depending on how many guineas you want you can always get them from a hatchery. But I think the lowest minimum order I have seen so far is 15.

Talked to Dh this morning he said he's gonna order me 20 from cackle hatchery in Missouri. Since I am having a hard time finding them locally. I hope they help. Dh laughs at me because before we moved here (we r from Detroit) I was the biggest city girl. Now I'm talking about adding a pig and a calf for butchering. He's an over the road trucker and I'm board. Lol I need something to occupy my time.

that's the hatchery I was going to suggest. I'm a softy I couldn't kill my own animals unless I had to.
We have 7 RIR hens, a GLW rooster, 4 RIR chicks, 10 GLW chicks, and 3 GLW over RIR chicks.
Still looking for some Nankin hatching eggs, if I can't get those I'll provably go with D'Uccle... and getting some black Cooper Marian eggs after the 60 eggs I have in the incubator hatch.

I think that's my next step is a bator. Dh just doesn't know what he Has gotten Into. But thats for a later time. I still have a lot to learn. Lol I never knew there were so many types of chicken s. Now I want a little bit of all of them. Gotta love chicken math.
