I have a few AMs left. I think there is one blue and one splash, but I need to double check gender. For some reason this lot has been really tricky to sex.
I have three OEs left as well. Mostly I have buff orps available.

I'll do a head count tomorrow and double check gender on everybody and send you a PM.

I have a standard Bronze turkey poult who has the strangest feathers I have ever seen. It looks frizzled, its feathers are curly. I will try to get a pic tomorrow and post it.

I just have and red brown year old AM and a wheaten hen that is 9 years old. I would love a blue! Or a splash for that matter. Lol. How old are your OE pullets?

She layed up until the summer. Now she just hangs out, I fully expect to find her dead everyday. But so far she's still kicking. But I'm starting to notice she doesn't come back to the coop every night. So then I have to go search for her, all the while with my heart in my throat...

I have thought about it and looked into it. My concern is time which I have none to spare. Three teenagers all going in different directions means I almost don't have time to sit let alone plant and harvest. So we decided against it for the moment

that's exactly why I want a system that self seeds or comes back every year.I don't want to plant and harvest lol
