There is no guessing with this guy. The red shoulders gives him away. What I would like to know is what color pattern he is putting on. You can see by his bare belly that he is in that awkward stage. I think he is a Blue something but what?
I wish the camera could catch the real color. The shiny deep blue looks much more slate blue in person and there are such subtle color patterns that don't photograph. His general color looks very much like the Tibetan quail color. Except for that white throat. Maybe a tuxedo Tibetan.
