I'm also selling most of my bators

NO I'm not quitting..Santa is being nice to me and since I'm not hatching as many this coming year as I normally do..thanks to not ever being home I'm getting one of those expensive nice small bators...and my broodies are working over time.1 LG still air like new The person I bought it from gave up after the first hatch and I only used it to brew the chicks never to hatch..missing the plastic liner. Then rest are HB with HB fans added some are missing the liners others just need new liners. All but 1 has a new wafer the 1 just went out during my last hatch.None have the red plugs I throw them away and all have kitty claw marks on the outside even some chew marks..they are used because they work great. Then auto turners old style and new LG and HB Most are egg racks but I think I broke 1 also somewhere a whole set of quail racks.I think there are 6 bators total and 5 or 6 turners.

I have 3 batches of chicks growing up, 26 6 weeks, 15 4 weeks and 20 2 week old, and 6 week olds. Will be hatching some more for New Year day... 2 doz eggs coming for that (shipped though) If I get everybody moved may try some more of my new mixes.... you know just to see what happens

Yeah I know..to see what happens.Like my blue wheaten EE pullet with feather legs and my Wyandotte Marans pullets...know all about those experiments

I have lots of pullets here as well that need homes..not really but I could lighten the numbers no problem..all layer breeds. That's the problem..when they start laying I will be drowned in eggs once again.
Think I'm going to part with 10 of them that will help a little

Hey all. I know lots of you have silkies and thought you could take a look at my blues from Tish (simplysplendidsilkies). Roos? Possible pullet?

Anyone like one??? Free to good home

. I can't keep a roo, that was the deal with DH when he had the coop built. If anyone knows anywhere one or both of these little guys could go, they are so sweet!!

OK everyone my Birthday was yesterday and since the Bday fairy didn't send me a grow out pen I am going to find homes for all my bantys and use that pen. Almost all of them are hens and pullets, nothing fancy just pretty yard candy. Frizzles,Japs,Rosecomb,Dutch, OEG,a couple of non bearded silkies,Showgirl mixes, and a Columbian Cochin roo. Come and get em'!!!

Thanks for your prayers for Lily. My daughter just called - and for the first time since Lily finished treatment in February, all her counts are in the "normal" range!

MAJOR happy dance!!

Anybody got any tips on catching chickens? I've got four left in the little coop outside that I need to put in the big coop - and even mealworms aren't tempting them now.
