I did a little looking around - and found out that if I unsubscribed and then subscribed again, it would start working. I tried it - and it did. I had to go into my account settings to do it, though. It didn't work if I did the notification thing at the end of the thread.

Becky you girls are laying like crazy! I got another cuckoo and one girl was in the nest box when I left. I also got one from one of the Coppers too. Very pretty eggs! Nothing from my girls

That woman was so impressed with your cuckoos that she called me and tried to talk me into selling her mine

I told her if I got any chicks she could get the chicks but I needed a couple of roos. I can't believe I said that!

I sold my splash roo so that empties a pen for the wheatens AM. Maybe I can get her take an EE roo too she wanted 2 roos and she wants Olive eggers.

FWIW, I got an email back from the guy with the crates, and he said he had landed a contract with two guys to remove all the crates and all future ones - and that his company feels comfortable with these guys because they're company based with insurance to cover drivers & equipment. Apparently he was swamped with responses to his ad on CL.

I have to tell you, my three year old son is intently watching the hatch cam, and randomly yells at the computer 'Come out Chicken!!!' - and it's cracking me up! Then he'll decide that if he whispers to the computer the chicks won't be scared and might come out....then he'll get impatient and yell 'Chicken, get out of the egg! You can do it!'....very entertaining day!
