Hi! I am looking for a nice Buff or lemon cuckoo Orpington hen that is laying or near. I have a nice lemon cuckoo Orpington rooster but he is lonely in his pen by himself

I have 5 lemon cuckoo hatching eggs developing in my incubator but its going to be a loonngg time before they are ready to keep him company! I have Easter eggers in another pen but they are much smaller than my Orpington roo. Does anyone have buff or lemon cuckoos for sale? By the way, I am so happy to have found this Middle Tn thread

I am like you I only have a chick and hatching eggs. No hens. I am not sure who does. I know someone in Franklin has them not sure if they are selling.... maybe CarolJ will chime in and offer some direction to them.

Hi neighbor! I'm in McEwen, next county just to the West of you. I only have a blue orp hen I don't need that was born in Oct. I'm sure someone has what you are looking for though. Really nice to have someone pretty close to me on here as Tennessee is a long state..lol..

Check out the new coop, We have been trying to build this for about a month and we finally got good weather. Now my dinning room and garage isn't a construction zone!

Ugh, it seems that Ozbo's service has gone in the crapper since I bought supplies from them 2 years ago. The wire price is only great if they actually send it! "In Stock" and "Fast Shipping"? I think not. Ordered Friday, status remains "to warehouse" today. I called yesterday and got right through to a woman who assured me that it would ship that day. Liar! So, I did a bit of searching online and found a ton of complaints about "in stock" items either never shipping or taking a week to a month to ship. Not happy to read that. I just wanted to update since I'd shared the bargain here. Buyer beware.

After seeing your post about the hardware cloth and realizing how much we'd just paid for a bunch of rolls, we ordered from Ozbo too on Monday and returned the ones we bought. The order still says "To Warehouse" but I called them this morning and allegedly it shipped yesterday. The rep said that there is a problem with the online order tracking side that we see and that an email was sent when it shipped yesterday. I don't see any email about a shipment. Guess I'll give it a couple of days and call again. Should have asked about a tracking number. I feel another call coming on.

Due to the rain, the coop isn't ready for the wire yet. I hope the wire hurries though. Getting chicks this weekend from Donna. Some should hatch today. Come on dark silkies...

I received a reply to my email (getting things in writing seems prudent at this point...) that the order will ship on Friday 3/1. Not holding my breath...
