First show ever I had a great time ! And my Barnies did awesome it was a blast. Champion win in the Continental class and a RB with my standard laced. Another Champion and RV in Non Recognized variety with my blue Barnevelders.

A possum got into my chicken coop and got 3 of my light Brown leghorns,and 1 Orpington and 1 jersey giant.after that 5 leghorns died,I did not know what happened but I noticed the night before some of them died they puffed up there feathers and walked really slow.....but we put some chicken wire around my chicken cage and the possum has not gotten any since!we also found a milk snake just hangin out In the coop...he got a nice hit in the head with a hoe...I have been working out in my garden a lot so the chicks r free ranging a lot!It is so fun to watch them be happy,run and play,and get lots of bugs!
