I don't mean to step into the middle of a bunch of conversation, but I thought I'd stop in and say "hi!"

My wife and I are originally from Tullahoma but live in downtown Murfreesboro now.

We adopted a lost Buff Orpington a few months ago and just bought a Black Sex-link and Blue Cochin Bantam to keep her company.

I'm glad to see that there is such a strong community of chicken owners in the area!

Is anyone interested in a blue barred rock rooster (from Donna's stock)? I have one that is almost 12 weeks old. I would keep him, but I'm in the city.

Random question, there was a listing on Craigslist last month for sussex chicks & older near Nashville airport area. Is that person on here, or anybody know anything about it? Just wondering, thanks.

been sick with a cold...kids got it first I got it worst lol. feeling human today.

no rain can you believe it? for 3 days....maybe 4 WOW! my new roof for the breeding pens is well underway. he had all the rafters up today. we bought wire tonight and I am thinking he will be done tomorrow. yeah.....now I have to dig out the mud and muck in 2 pens. it will be nice to have clean eggs again.

we are talking about going to the Wilson co fair....anybody else going? hubby said there is a train we can ride to the fair and back. I will have too look that up.

my car died AGAIN.....starter this time. there is something electrical wrong too. another tow tomorrow. we need a car dolly.

Sorry about your car. There aren't too many things worse than car problems.

I'm going to the fair! I love the Wilson county fair!! I can't wait to see all the fancy show birds...and probably leave with one...... =)
