I have 2 Cuckoo Marans roos that where the younger ones in the roo grow out pen, they are tailless too..... one day I can see what they look like.

Update on the Guinea.... I let them out yesterday and they ALL left the coop and headed straight for a tree... they stayed there all day... and ALL night....

They must not have liked the adventure because they were all back at the coop when we got to the farm and were very easy to heard in the pen. Needless to say, they didn't get out anymore today. Bad guinea... but they survived. Now if they would just FREE RANGE and eat some BUGS

that is what I got them for.

very fast and STRONG... VERY STRONG Buggers!

My second Rhodebar started laying - and she lays a green egg, too. So - I only have the two Rhodebar hens and they both lay green eggs. Strange. I've got 13 of their eggs in the bator - and I'm looking forward to seeing if the autosexing comes through in these green eggs. Greenfire has repeatedly sworn they are purebred. The eggs are really pretty - just not brown like a Rhodebar is supposed to lay.
