Uh, yea. It is terrible. He has good shape and type, but boy that color is borderline brownOkay, I don't know much about Rocks, but the Roo's colouration alone is making me cringe.

He has been working on them for over 5 years and finally got the shape down packed. Yea, it is far easier to improve color than it is to improve shape.Which is preferable, shape or color? The rooster almost looks mauve...? Don't know why he wouldnt get a blue-er roo.Yea, they are soo rare breeders are doing all they can to bring them back.

He can't find any that are darker so he is breeding what he has back to standardI find it sad that the silver pencils are better than the blues..

Yea, that's your usual Blue rock for you. We probably doSomething I found that might be another problem for blues. We probably import from the U.K.... their standard calls for no lacing..
