Are all Blue birds supposed to have Black lacing like the SOP say in its color descriptions?

It is older than I thought, though. And [Some of the details were from a] Canadian, which may affect some things. I think I remembered the details pretty well though, considering I read it in May.

I can't say anything about SOP, having never read it - I doubt that showing is in my future, given that the nearest poultry show I'm aware of is about eight hours away and informal. However, I was curious about Blue Plymouth Rocks after reading this... found this site. Pretty birds, faint but distinct lacing in the picture.

Funny, that's the place I buy my Rocks at :lau. His hens are okay, but boy are his blue roos trashy (not to be too rude)
 
Are Blue-rocks a double-mated variety?
Yea, they are soo rare breeders are doing all they can to bring them back.
