Alev barely knew where she was going. She had zoned out, her brain going on complete autopilot, until she heard yelling and crashing. Her slow footsteps paused. Running back to the apartment was the smartest option, but the cowards way out. She wasn't a coward. But she wasn't dumb, either. What if someone was hurt? Not that you could do anything...
So, against her better judgement, she continued down the stairs until she came across a man and what appeared to be a dead monster. Her eyes widened, looking over the scene. The man was bloody, and so were the stairs and even the walls. "Uhm...what the hell?" she definitely couldn't have found a better sentence to use in that situation.

Malachi glanced up at the girl on the stairs, seeing the shock in her eyes upon surveying the scene. He was unsure of what to say to her and just gave a brief sigh and climbed to his feet, wincing from the deep scratches on his arms. He would have to find some bandages to prevent them from getting infected. Malachi leaned up against the wall and poked his head around the corner, gazing into the hall for any other monsters. Upon hearing a spine-chilling scream in one of the nearby apartments followed by loud monster growling, he spun his head back around to think of what he should do next.

(Ok) Sarah climbed to her feet and dragged herself back into the building “oh man” she winced at the loud Netflix blaring. She slipped down the hall to the room she banged on the door “OY TURN THAT DOWN” she shouted

Atara smashes the glass on the vending machine plucking a few bags of chips and bottles of water, she heard slithering noises behind her. She froze turning slowly before smashing the monster with a shard of glass and proceeding to scream at the top of her lungs

Kit squealed, falling backwards as she heard the scream. It was in the general direction of where she had come. Panic filled her. Sky.

Nah, it's a different voice. Keep your shirt on.

Kit rolled her eyes, pulling herself back up. "You're kinda annoying, you know that?"

She ran down the hallway towards the sound. "I'M COMING!"
