Okay, so…I just heard back from the breeder I’ve been waiting on and she said that she’ll let me know what colours she’s got when her next BBS batch of eggs hatch.

She tried selling off some lavender chocolate mottled and black mottled chicks to me instead but I was like “hell naw…”

It was bad enough when someone crossed rabbits and chickens.
No way I'm gonna support these new rabbit and duck crosses.

well, had my Silkies for a week now. Slowly tempering my oldest chicks outside. Lost another adult bird to a hawk.
