The Moonshiner's Leghorns

When my Exchequer Leghorn pullet first feathered in her tail feathers were mostly white, but now they are mostly black.

I just can't resist loading this snapshot...this was last night... what you're seeing here is a small flock of chicks in full stride ...my Leghorn chicks were chasing one of their Brethren who had just caught a bug and it was making a run for it and they were chasing him across back and forth...looked like a defensive line chasing a runner towards the goal line.
Things only a chicken nerd would enjoy...
