The smell is why I like Nutrena. It just smells fresh and the chickens do like it over the cheap stuff.

Ya if you or anyone else ever switches pay attention to how much they're eating. I really didn't but didn't take long to notice.
I was buying the same amount but it was lasting more days so I went back and checked by my bank statements.
If you go a cheaper route but they go through it faster it may not really be saving much.

So ya I'd pretty much come to terms with being done. I saw those ones in the incubators were due for lockdown and my collected trays were looking a bit barren.
End of season, molting etc seems to have killed production as of late. That's a sign, right?
I didn't even collect eggs last night because, well why? Just fed and WTH eggs everywhere. I bet it's 80- 90% capacity for yesterday and today.

maybe I should collect for next few days while I wait on this hatch then if the numbers hold up one last hoorah?
