The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

“I would if it weren’t for these stupid traps!” Take snapped, raising his shoe, threatening to throw it at her.
"Woah, calm down dude, it was a joke." she said, holding her hands up defensively. "Though if you wanted to donate a shoe to the clothe Haddie cause, I wouldn't complain." She looked down at her bare, calloused feet.

Take furrowed his brows angrily before lowering his shoe and putting it back on his lap, his face relaxing.
“I really doubt it’d fit you though, I’m a size 11” he shrugged, gazing at her feet.

She looked down at her feet and back up at him. "Eh, only one size up. Assuming you're talking men sizes" she said, shrugging, a smirk on her face. She had no need or want for shoes, but it was fun to mess with some of these stoic angry people.

Annie, pursed her lips frustrated, Kyle and Blair had just completely ignored her and left. guess we're stuck here waiting. She tapped her foot and glared at Take who had just arrived back. She hadn't noticed he'd gone off again. Looks like we can actually do what ever we want. Kyle just wants to pretend he's in charge. Her eyes caught on the red foot prints Take was leaving as he made his way into the room. Or, maybe I shouldn't go anywhere. Annie curled her toes on her matching foot imagining something similar happening to her, while he and Haddie bickered over his shoes.

"How did you get hurt? Are you going to be ok?" She asked tentatively, trying to figure out if she could be helpful. Though it looked like Take knew how to take care of it himself, there had to be something she could do.

(oops I meant budgie not buddy. Autocorrect)
”Yup. Like we’ve been doing,” Cam said, sliding down the wall to sit, legs crossed, fingers drumming the black-and-white tiles. If you’re out there, Kipp and Fred, please hurry up.

The voice echoed in Rylie’s ears. He sneezed out a dust bunny and raised his head. Then his tail. ”He’s found something,” Kyle translated. Rylie sniffed his way into a door and began climbing a flight of stairs, one that carried a scent of two people, two people that had not been with them.
Soon, Rylie broke into a run, bounding up the stairs. But they seemed endless and dark, their only light masked by cobwebs?
Blair followed, climbing the stairs as quickly as possible. She caught Kipp's scent, and raced up the stairs, swearing at the pain. Then she heard his and Fred's voice, and was on Rylie's tail in a second. "Hurry up, stupid feline. They're right on these steps somewhere."

Take let out a small stubborn hm in response, not considering letting Haddie wear his shoes. His finger unconsciously traced over the hole left in the sole of his shoe.

“I’m fine Tinkerbell, don’t worry about it” Take waved her off, “Some spike got me on the way up here” he muttered, his injured foot waving side to side.

Annie bit her bottom lip. A random spike? We need some way of testing out the stairs. I wish I'd picked up a stick back at the other place. It would have been super useful now. Annie sighed, and studied the black and white tiles for a moment before looking toward the sole ascending stair case on the far side of the room.

”Huh,” Cam said, glancing at Haddie’s bare feet. She hadn't noticed until now that she was shoe-less. Most likely it was because she was rarely caught in a form which actually required shoes. ”Doesn’t it hurt?” What if she got stabbed in the foot with a spear, like Take had gone and done.

Rylie glared at her and sped up, coming to the place where Kipp was slumped against the wall miserably, wings covering him like a poorly constructed tent. The boy next to him, however, was only winded.
Kyle scrutinized Kipps splayed wings.
”Let me guess: don’t walk much?” Which wasn't totally fair, because Kyle generally preferred kitten as his main mode of transportation.

Kipp mindlessly climbed the stairs lost in thought. Reminded of how he had been zapped away and had seen Bella again. He hadn't noticed the windows were covered with thick webbing now, and the only source of light was flickering torches hung on the walls. Fred followed close behind him, now holding on to one of the longer feathers of his wing.

"This place sucks!" He shouted abruptly, stopping and leaning a hand against a wall. "Who thought all these stairs were a good idea? It's just UP UP UP!" Kipp hit the wall with the side of his fist."My legs hurt! my butt hurts! And I need to use the bathroom!" He sighed frustrated and slid down the wall to sit haphazardly on the stairs.
Fred stared at him in fear. He had never seen Kipp so angry. He backed away a few steps.

"Good, you found them," Blair muttered, coming up to Kipp, Fred, Kyle and Ryle. "Can we hurry up and get the brats back to where we need to go? I'd like to get this stupid quest done as soon as we can, so I don't have to stick with this group any longer."
