The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop- A Role Play

”Huh,” Cam said, glancing at Haddie’s bare feet. She hadn't noticed until now that she was shoe-less. Most likely it was because she was rarely caught in a form which actually required shoes. ”Doesn’t it hurt?” What if she got stabbed in the foot with a spear, like Take had gone and done.

Rylie glared at her and sped up, coming to the place where Kipp was slumped against the wall miserably, wings covering him like a poorly constructed tent. The boy next to him, however, was only winded.
Kyle scrutinized Kipps splayed wings.
”Let me guess: don’t walk much?” Which wasn't totally fair, because Kyle generally preferred kitten as his main mode of transportation.
“Just a little bit. It’s healing now” Take answered her firmly.
“My pain tolerance is really high so it’d take more for it really hurt”

Fred stared at him in fear. He had never seen Kipp so angry. He backed away a few steps.
"Ughh, sorry." He moaned wrapping his arms over his knees and tucking his face behind his wings. "I didn't mean to scare you. I just... Didn't sleep enough last night." Kipp gave him the easiest excuse he could think of. Not wanting to tell the younger boy he was too scared to keep going, never knowing if the next step was going to be the one to kill them.

Kipp looked up from behind his feathers, at Kyle's voice.
"Kyle? How did you.. Blair?" He spotted the blood soaked bits of Take's housecoat wrapped around her arm and leg. "What happened?"

"Good, you found them," Blair muttered, coming up to Kipp, Fred, Kyle and Ryle. "Can we hurry up and get the brats back to where we need to go? I'd like to get this stupid quest done as soon as we can, so I don't have to stick with this group any longer."

He paled at Blair's sudden anger directed at the two of them. I messed up, I really messed up. She hates me. He looked away not able to meet her eyes, and tried to hide behind his feathers again.

"Never mind what happened," Blair snapped, glancing between the two of them. "Stop cowering and get a move on, Birdy. Let's go." She growled, turning and starting down the stairs.

Fred’s eyes widened as he dawn the webbing thick on the windows. He turned running as fast as could, away from Kipp away from the webbing
Kipp reluctantly stood, his ears were back almost hidden in his fluffy hair.
"Yeah." He whispered looking around for Fred. He looked questioningly to Kyle but was too busy biting his lip to say anything.

”Woah, woah, woah,” Kyle said, raising his hands. “Is that what you say to everyone you rescue? Not much of a philanthropist, are you? I should really stop letting you go and find these people.”
Ryle was eager to climb back down the stairs. Something was bothering him. His ears were flat against his head and he kept looking around warily.
Rylie bounded down the steps.White webbing coated the walls, webbing that he hadn’t seen on the way up, except outside the window. Is that like, reinforced spiderwebs?
As Rylie wandered farther, Kyle came face-to-face with eight beady eyes, a huge spider web, and a hungry couple of chelicerae. Translation: he was face-to-face with a gigantic spider.

Blair sneered down at the little man. Stop it! Stop being so cruel! You realize that I will do exactly what you tell me not to, right, sweetheart? And you can't do anything to stop me.
"At least I find people. I don't stand around, shuffling my feet, calling myself a group leader while others are finding missing people." She said coldly, turning and heading down the steps carefully.
Blair let out a sharp, very canine like yelp when she saw the spider, flinching away. She swore, eyeing it warily. "Another stupid bug? This is getting ridiculous!"

"Hey!" He shouted, he didn't care about what ever was going on with these two, obviously Kyle had done something to get Blair hurt and she was mad about it. "Where's Fred?!" He demanded. Standing further up the stairs from the spider that was somehow almost as big as he was. Looks like Kyle underestimated just how big these things would get.
