Your birds are beautiful and so is your property. I am so envious of everyone that has all that space. Such lucky chickens!nearly 50 here today. The boys and girls are enjoying being able to forage again.
Group shot of part of the flock. I take pictures of these guys often. They are my front yard free rangers.![]()
whenever I refer to my old girls this is who I mean. The RIR's, the Black Austrolop and the mutt on the left (simply named Pretty Girl) all are at least 4-1/2 years old. A few of the RIR's pictured here I have had for 5 years and they were adults when I got the. And 3 of them went broody last year. The Blue Sumatra roo in the back is 3 and the handsome mutt roo in the back is Sumatra/Austalop mix born to one of the broody RIR's this past year.
this is "Hairdo". A polish mutt. His "hair" is pretty mellow looking today. Some days it is spiked right up straight.

a mug?I just started my fermented feed!
a mug of ACV, 4 cups of 16% pellets and some water. Will keep stirring over 48 hours -
So, do I feed them straight pellets, or should I be feeding them something else as well?
Thanks!
