It has inspired me!

I told my husband that I thought I could close in the deck on my chicken house/ childrens treehouse coop, but of course he wants it done "right" so I'm helping "him" with the building!! Fine with me cause I'm getting the space I need to house all my chickens in the upper coop! We start Monday after the storm is over!

It is just about done. It would have been done by now, but the rainy weather every weekend has had other plans.

I fixed the roosts so they are now wide side up. (thanks for the suggestion Joe) The brooder area is completely done. The rest of the stuff I cannot do by myself. I still have to build and hang the people door. The plywood I bought for it warped, so I have to go buy a new sheet and build it right away. (dang that stuff is HEAVY) I have to clean up the large rocks out of the run. (using the tractor for that, and I don't like driving the tractor) Then I can put in the last side of fencing and the gate.

Hopefully the rain will ease up so I can finish it next weekend.
