#2. It is easier to read for some reason. Maybe it is the blue background.

ETA: The blue also matches the blue theme BYC has going on.

I ditto that! #4 is my favorite badge though! (i think I'm hitting the 5 year mark in April! wow! Has it been that long?)
edited to say: I didn't realize the #4 badge is the same design as our 4 year award...shows how observant I am (not!) Guess I like it b/c of the chocolate icing and the different colors. #2 is nice too.
