Wow shanty towns in the USA. Look whos knocking on our door , its the Third World !

If they would bring back outsourced jobs into the US maybe so many people wouldnt be with out jobs or a decent place to live.
too many of our working class have been tossed to the curb for cheap labor and lower taxing of other countries.
What jobs are left in the US are quickly being out sourced day by day meaning more and more people out of work.

My Husband has been out of work since October of last year, through no fault of his own, He works for a Line Co repairing Electric lines, believe it or not there is no work , even his Boss is on lay off, no one in the company is being called back for work and this is Union.
All the repair work is being handed off to companies that under cut bids so that their workers get the jobs, doesnt matter that they are brought in from other States. Its all about who can do the job cheapest.

Its really sad that most of the jobs have gone over seas but its even more sad when jobs in your State are outsourced to other States.
nasty cycle.

Unemployment percentage is 9.4% right now.

There are at least 12 illegal immigrants here.

Where would the unemployment percentage if we were to enforce the laws that are already on the books and send them home?

You know, I was just talking about this the other day, not only have we outsourced our jobs, but what the heck do we export anymore? These very issues believe it or not have alot to do with my gotta have chicks, garden, and now looking to goats or a cow and then maybe a greenhouse then solar panels. I frankly dont see much good happening until we rebuild our country, because with outsourced jobs and dwindling exports how can we sustain ourselves? And just wait until it finally occurs to the world that the american dollar has no value? Not attached to silver anymore, not soley used to trade oil, and being printed like it's monopoly money. We sure are in trouble, in really need of someone like,..geesh maybe ross perot. I remember him and his if it's broken we gotta look under the hood and see what's wrong and fix it ( did you just hear that voice in your head :) all these years later I can't think ross perot without that voice following my thoughts) Anyhow I think we need a real person/person up there at the helm to fix this, not a politician, that's how we got here to begin with.

I think that for every item a country exports to us they should have to take one from us. Wouldnt that make things equal or am I not understanding how that works?

Talking about outsourcing: a friend of ours works for a Credit Card Company (which was bailed out by TARP) she was telling us how the company laid off (forget the amount, was alot) brought in people who were from India and also employing people that are living in India! When ever I call and the person on the other end is hard to understand because of heavy accent I ask where they are located right now. From another country I hang up. I do some searching and get a number from USA get my business done and never do business with them again.
