I ordered a nice digital Nikon camera for DH's big Christmas present through Amazon. I picked up his package from the Post Office today and some of the parts that were supposed to be included are not in the packaging.

I hate dealing with stuff like this because it's not just a matter of taking something back to the store...gotta go through Amazon and they contact the distributor then get back to me. Just complicates stuff. :rant

Poor DH, he is not a happy camper.

Amazon said to give them 2 business days for a response. I'm keeping my fingers crossed the distributor just sends us the missing items without a bunch of trouble. :fl

It can sometimes be better to just return for another? I got an exercise bike a few years ago and a part was broken...the company did send the replacement part but it took months :barnie. So sorry about the problem, more disappointing that it was a Christmas gift :(
 
IF people would all just do their particuliar job right packages wouldn't be missing parts, etc. I always hated buying stuff with assembly needed - parts missing, holes drilled in wrong areas. The worst are the ones that say "No tools necessary." You open the box and it says you need a certain screw driver and I just :rant

Then he was on the couch yesterday and he's not supposed to be in the living room, let alone on the couch, but he's so unbelievably cute I couldn't kick him off lol my mom also decided she didn't care soo

And, for @oldhenlikesdogs (and any other fish enthusiasts), more fishy pictures and a video lol I've realized lately, after paying more attention to them, that two are very friendly and two are very shy.

Tried to get closeups cause he (or she) was like right up by the glass but they move too fast lol they're friendly but also zippy and turny (fast turning) and dancing around saying feed me lol

And for bakers, brother's girlfriend made double chocolate cookies with candy cane and other brother and girlfriend made gingerbread men and they were both delicious. I ate sooo many. And the icing in the gingerbread ones was so good

They brought cookies Christmas Eve and then had the rest of the gingerbread ones Christmas.

They went skiing Christmas day so we did Christmas early in the day
 
Whoops, it posted early. Oh well, it was getting overloaded with pics anyway.

So. We also had pies but no one tried them lol they bought that giant one then we made one.

Woke up at 8:30 freezing cause my blankets fell off and it was raining, cold, dark, FREEZING, and did not feel like Christmas. Minutes later it was snowing. Lol white Christmas at least? But only a dusting.

I went back to sleep for an hour lol

Meanwhile in Erie, they have 54 inches.....

My aunts, cousins, etc are saying 3 feet on FB and posting crazy pictures but news says 53, 54 inches so idk. Must vary in different parts or maybe got more since last night. Broke tons of records. Lake effect snow. Might get even more this week too.

I would post pictures but I don't feel like finding and copying all the pictures or blocking out names on a screenshot. Very sorry. But it is CRAZY.

Last night they called and we did the video thing on the phone.
