I've been thru Laramie and Cheyenne a few times driving a big truck and it certainly gets to rocking up that way....it is unusual for there not to be a 15-20mph sustained wind....most of the time it is like 25-35mph and gusty. I was blown over one time in South Dakota by a 90mph gust in a 75mph sustained wind....they don't get to see the gently falling snow....it is always blowing sideways....![]()
Wow that is scary!!!
I had no idea it was so windy

. He was quite excited since Lillie has not laid an egg in over a year........and then......I reminded him, he put a fake egg in a nest early this am....and guess what
....it was the faker egg. Guess he was somewhat asleep this morning when I asked him to place the ceramic egg in a nest to try to get Debby to move to the big coop nest.
But both Debby and Violet laid in the juvenile coop nest today...so guess the faker egg scared Violet to make the move.
