The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

She said they checked her for it and ruled it out. I’ve never heard of it.
I would not believe the checked it out thing. That is what they did with my DW. Even after the scan found the tumor, her primary Dr. said he would treat with Vitamin D...Which makes it worse.

Do me a favor and get the blood calcium number from her last test and let me know what it is. If they really ruled it out, there should be a pth hormone result that was taken at the same time. Both of those numbers can be put into a chart that will tell you the percentage chance of a tumor.

Like I posted above, this is a crime against women currently with the condition ignored

Also, what was the kidney stone made of. They can be calcium or uric acid for example

Yeah, I have the weekend off. :bun plus I'm feeling a lot better. I had walking pneumonia and had to lose a week of work, the week before last.. So I've been recovering and making up time with clients.
It has been such a bad year for illness!

Glad you are doing better

Thanks! I know. It had been three years since I'd been sick. But this year, I've had stomach flu and walking pneumonia. Not fun.

It's always hard to get caught up when all of that happens. Glad to hear you're doing better! Maybe you got everything out of the way at once.

Good Morning Y'all :D......The Wellies slept in the "big Coop" last night :woot.

I was really nervous when we dismantled and removed the small coop - only one pullet noticed ( Debby of course ) until sundown....they had to be coached to go into their new home...One did follow my commands to come and go up the ramp all by herself :clap... I had to pick up each of the other 3 to place them inside...but thank goodness no real issues once they mounted the roosts.:bun. So, a peaceful night for all of us.

I like the name Libby, much better than Bertie ;)

Oh my - I had a 30 minute spell of vertigo once, it's miserable. Wishing he just has an ear infection that could be cured, or only a short term viral Labyrinthitis.

Your garden and yard are fabulous, your hard work has paid off.

Had to google the "Platies" - aren't they a little small for the pond? I had visualized larger fish for that. But I'm pond ignorant :)

I hate loud music in restaurants or in stores:duc I grew up with a tv set always on even when no one watched it :he...and prefer quiet or the sounds of nature and of course poultry :D

Interesting, I much prefer 75-80 , but admit that the first cool waves of Sept or Oct are refreshing.
Small fish are great for mosquito control and the herons mostly leave them alone and kill off the big pond fish like koi and large goldfish. I hate them for that reason. They will spear fish too big to swallow and kill them.

I had walking pneumonia when my son was an infant, I lost 10 lbs. that was the only good thing about it. My mom had pneumonia and lost 18 lbs.(was tiny to begin with) and had to be hospitalized. My son had a fever - ear infection - all hit us at once.

Still had to clean, prepare dinner etc. etc. sick as I was. You know men can't make a sandwich - women have to do everything.

* Sorry guys, I mean my family. My grandfather wouldn't even look in the fridge, if grandma wasn't there to make something.
