Guess I'm headed back to the store. Apparently I forgot an ingredient for my back up meal as well what I'd originally planned. Kind of funny, I looked at the list I used yesterday and both missing ingredients were on it. I'll just blame it on the fact that it felt like I'd spent enough to get everything. :lol:

I totally understand, I've been there before and when we lived closer to stores, I didn't mind going back out. Now it takes 30 minutes just to get there 😞

Back from the store and got what I need to make both recipes I want to try.

It turns out I was going to have to make that trip to town anyway. I was cleaning the cat box and their scooper broke. It took me 3 stores to find one, but the cats and I will be glad to have it!

Us too Ron..us too! Praying. I have a sister in Oregon, they're up over two million acres burnt now. She has the orange sky, the ash falling around then, the pink/orange sun. We were surrounded for a while here too with a couple if fires South and East of us. No ash this year, but the pink/orange sky thick smoke. And I was coughing up a storm when I went out. Glad we got some good rain fall! You all need it now. I believe in Climate change. Did I already say that somewhere?
