Okay, here is a common one from around where I live:

A young girl and her older brother moved into an old house with their two parents. Everything was wonderful. The parents had good jobs, and the kids went to a lovely small school. One week after they moved in, at exactly midnight, the to children heard a sound. Click click slide. The girl went and told their parents, but they thought she was just imagining things. So she went back to sleep. The next night it happened again. The boy got up and turned the hallway light on. The girl was behind him. Right there, staring up at them, was a woman, about thirty. Se had black hair and black eyes. She had no finger nails and no legs. She was also wearing a camera on a string around her neck. The little girl screamed and went back to bed. The boy stayed. The woman put one hand in front of her and then the other, then she dragged herself across the hallway, click click slide, toward the boy. He went into his room and locked the door. She didn't come back until a few weeks later. That night the children saw her and ran. They hid in the bathroom cupboard until morning. In the morning, they thought it was safe. But when they opened the cupboard, the strange woman was there, leaning against the side of the cupboard. I cant remember what happens next but the kids are murdered.

One day Burgh was standing around in his gym, waiting to be battled. Then Noma(That's my characters name) stormed in and started the battle. First she sent out her totally(not) awesome venipede(called "the mad hatter") who started a rebellion against Burgh. Soon all of Noma's and Burgh's pokemon were fighting against Burgh. But it was Noma's Kyurem that finished him off. Burgh's toomstone now lies in veilstone city.
