The OHIO NATIONAL 2010

Maria (Crunchie) and I are leaving in the wee hours Friday morning, which should have us arriving at the showgrounds between 9 and 10 a.m. I am showing bantam Polish and Maria will have her lovely Dutch. Can't wait to meet more BYC friends, far and wide! Going to local shows only has me talking with close-in state BYCers. THIS is gonna be SO MUCH FUN!!!!

Oh, and I do have a few more birds for sale. I will bring pre-purchased birds to Ohio, if anyone is interested. Visit my For Sale page at:

I've never been to the Ohio National. Are the birds set up by breed -- all the cochins together, all the brahmas together -- or are they scattered here there and everywhere?

Where is the BYC table?

Are there vendors of chicken goods -- waterers, cages, saddles?

I'm so eager to go, though I don't really know what to expect.

I am so excited! My husband, son and daughter and myself will be there tomorrow! This will be our first show and only as spectators! Can't wait to meet some fellow BYCers:)

Just got home from the show, had a great time and picked up a nice trio of Partridge Wyandotte bantams. I was interested in a few others but couldn't find the sellers. There is tons of chicken supplies from a few vendors. Lots of nice birds for sale and in the show of course. Well I am off to bed! Enjoy the show if you can go!

Mrs. Turbo :

We got there about 7 Friday night and most of the birds were cooped in already

I hung around until around 8:00pm but I never found you or your birds. I saw the empty cages with Foley on them.
