So I have 11 of them full size birds growing up and 2 blue cochin big ones am I crazy and will regret this ?

Same here, Cap. Sugar is a high inflammatory substance but one I cannot kick entirely.

As for the senna, I've tried that. It over stimulates my digestive system for some reason and even high fiber will make me nauseous. Doc told me to drink more water and the symptoms would diminish. Good grief. They say you are supposed to drink half of your body weight in ounces of water. That means for me about 60 ounces per day. I bet I drink at least 100 ounces. If I drink more I'd float away.

The Rheumatologist gave me a sample box of Linzess (hope I spelled that right) but I have it sitting on the kitchen Island and walk by it and sigh. Afraid to try it. Guess I'd better read up on it on RXlist.com then decide.

I need to start walking every day! I sit way too much. Most of the time. Almost always either driving or sitting somewhere. some days I barely even go outside

We have a large, private/quiet yard and tons of areas to walk around here too, nice, safe, pretty all right from the front door, I should really be walking all the time.

Yeah, get out from under the chair , youngster!

But you know what they call that doctor that graduated at the bottom of the class? They still call him DOCTOR! Scary, huh?

Just rolled in from pulling posts. Lost count of how many we got 15...17...felt like 900 by the time we were finished. And that was using our lightest log chain to do the job!

Also got the stock tank drained and flipped over. Man I'm going to miss that over the winter months. It provided me with coop water all spring, summer and fall this year using run off from the barn roof. I had 5 big jugs 2.5 gallons each that I filled before dumping it. When those are empty I'll be hauling water from the shop for the birds.

How many days until spring?

@CapricornFarm and @penny1960, we asked ourselves the same question when we rescued the 5 cattle dog pups. Crazy happy. It's been a LOT of work and we've had to deal with things we never thought we would deal with But when they cuddle up to us or when we watch them run across our pasture like greased lightening it's definitely crazy happy....with the exception of their dislike of cats that is. We deal with that by doing to the house what we did to the coop. Fort Knoxing it so everyone with 4 feet is safe.
