The truly amazing and humbling thing about them is their open adoration for mommy and daddy. I wonder some times if they realize how close to not surviving they were when we loaded them in the van and brought them home that day last April. Maybe they do............

This is so moving. I think most of us have felt this way after an animal comes into our lives like this.

Although my favorite sign says, “Who rescued who?” With a big paw print.

The sign just says “who.” But to be my favorite it would say “whom.”

And speaking of paw prints, DH saw a bobcat today! He took photos of the paw prints. About 3 miles from here.

I didn't do much today outside of moving the young chickens out of the barn to another brooder. Long overdue.

I just read an article about things you need to take out of the garage before winter and most of the things to remove in the article were because of freezing!

Really? in other parts of the country it gets cold enough in a garage to freeze?

I have never seen anything freeze in the garage here in Woodland LOL!
