The Old Folks Home

I just read an article about things you need to take out of the garage before winter and most of the things to remove in the article were because of freezing!

Really? in other parts of the country it gets cold enough in a garage to freeze?

That must be pretty amazing! It has to stay down a few degrees below freezing before things start to freeze in the garage. But then, what an adventure. All that wet snow and ice that drips onto the garage floor, mixed with dirt and sand from the road. Frozen to the concrete floor.

And thaws! Even more adventurous!

I bet!

Thank you, @penny1960 and @trumpeting_angel.

I like the saying that goes: Proudly owned by a dog. Only I'd need one that says "proudly owned by 7 dogs, 5 cants and 39 chickens"

The grand canyon? So that is where you have been hiding out lately @bruceha2000. 'where' at the grand canyon are you?

We finally found a new fence charger on Amazon. It's a Red Snap'r 1 joule. Figure once we get the dogs to stay in their yard I can use it at the coop if that one gives up the ghost.

One of our parents at daycare asked if we let the kids watch any movies with ghosts in it. We haven’t. Supposedly he’s having issues at home with ghosts. There has been talk that we have a child ghost in our building and he has seen it. I hope I don’t see one or I’m out of there for sure.
Might be the quietest kid there!

I'm doing well cap, work is cutting into my byc time though..
Again? You gotta talk to the boss about that

Really? in other parts of
You know heat but apparently not much about cold! If it isn't heated everything will freeze.

I brought my real camera for the canyon pictures but here are 2 took on the way.

I have never seen anything freeze in the garage here in Woodland LOL!

You've never had the pleasure of spending winter in IL before then, Ron. I think it was the Groud Hog Day blizzard of 2012. We had snow drifts IN our garage where the wind had blown snow around the edges of the door that were two feet deep. Yeah, things in the garage were quite frozen.
