Thanks Clue!Very nice, Cap. Eye candy.
Once a year is enough Disney, unless there is a special opportunity, like a school day, when you can get in for $15.00. Especially when funds are not readily available for it.

I think they pay the park, but not sure.Saving up for the annual event or making payments on the loans taken for them?
KDOGG, it's over $100.00 per person, off season, for Florida residents now.

That is for sure! WAY back when I was a kid and the Matterhorn was THE big ride the lines fed both directions around the mountain. Sometimes when the park was busy you could be at the end of your line and talk to people at the end of the other line. Last time I went the ends of both lines went all the way around the mountain back to the entrance corral.I think would have been nothing compared to the lines at the parks Christmas week!!!

And then they put in the new BIG rides like the Haunted Mansion and the Pirates of the Caribbean. Amazingly long lines.

Are they using the Disney Savings Account? I looked it up, several downsides:
I looked it up, several downsides that don't even make any sense. Like you can't use the money in the account once you are in the park.
and I love Epcot and Animal Kingdom at Disney.Hmmm...you must have been going when I was going. Same memories. That is for sure! Been years since I've been to Disneyland now. I don't even know about the Tower of Terror.Oh wow that’s crazy long lines!!! Space Mountian and Tower of Terror are some other pretty popular rides! I don’t think I would even enjoy going to parks now. I HATE waiting in line haha especially in the hot sun!! Though I do love Universal.and I love Epcot and Animal Kingdom at Disney.
Welcome to the thread Jac Jac.... you were answering a post from 2012.Relating exponentially with you. We're seeking property (a.k.a. a larger farm). It seems whenever we want to go some where spur of the moment, our obligations to the flocks and critters overshadows it. Gotta' find a peaceful balance soon... very soon.
school went once a year up through highschool. I went on my own when the A-E tickes were being phased out. I graduated in 73.Living in OC, we went to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm every year, and when I had my own son, brought him there every year. But, in those days it was an affordable excursion. These days you practically have to take out a second mortgage to go there! Believe it or not, when they first got rid of the A-E Tickets, and just went with passes, they were only $18 each.
